Dice For Change produced by BISPublishers
Three dice to roll and do one kind thing, one eco thing, and one wellness thing per day. Inspiration for my travel dice I wish to produce.

Just a teaser of my trip, lots more interesting things to come.
My travelling studio. These are the things I’m taking with my on my trip to Prague. Everything is quite self explanatory, for more information on the big envelope, see the previous post. The tracing paper is for tracing maps.
Here is everything I have included in my ‘Travel Pack’ I have bought a guidebook but I am not allowed too look at it. Unless I toss the coin and it says I can. The task tags, have not been finished yet, they are five luggage tags which have different tasks to do. I’ve written the tasks out for these I just haven’t printed them yet.
The small cards haven’t been printed yet either, they are to be used with the dice. I’ve written most of these but they may need to be tweaked when I’m there. The idea is to produce it as something that everyone could use in any city.
It’s been really hard not to look at the guidebook today because I’m so excited.
These are the Wish You Were Here Project recommendation cards that I received back from people. I’m going to pick them at random and go to the places recommended. I will use the forms to fill out and record my adventures.
I created this little pack with two dice, one coloured, one usual dice and a token. The token has an open eye on one side and a closed eye on the other side. The dice are designed to be rolled and the number and colour with respond to one of the cards on the key ring (yet to be completed) each one with have a task to do with travelling, things to do in a city. The token is to flip and decide if you travel with eyes closed, not looking at the map, or eyes open, aware of where you are going. I’m going to use the journey log to record your journeys.
Eventually I want to screen print on canvas bags to keep the dice and tokens in.
weareunit.com created this map/leaflet for a project by Situation Leeds. Artists were asked to produce artwork to be placed onto the junction boxes in Leeds city centre.
Use-it created these maps for young people, they have loads for different cities across Europe. I encountered them in Brussels at their tourist office, where it all began. Now they have lots of maps, and lots of tourist offices for Young People. Hoping to visit the one in prague too. I am going to use their Prague map they gave me, but I will not look at the descriptions of the places, just go to them. They also gave me a booklet on how to start your own in your town. Would Manchester benefit from a young person tourist map?
Reiss produced this guide to London and it’s stores, especially for the olympics. Really love the layout and design.
To go with the cards that I asked people to fill out, I will open them at random and take myself to the place they have recommended. These forms are for me to complete, and have a box to attach the recommendation card. Again I might re-do these when I get back and make it into a product.
